Terms and Conditions
              
1. Reservation payment THB. 100,000 (one hundred thousand).
2. Sign contract starts from THB. 1,000,000 (one million baht), within 30 day from the date of reservation.
3. In case, the land area exceeds or is less than the area indicated, the sale price shall be adjusted based on the rate of THB 25,000 per square wah, corner plots shall gain a THB 1,000 extra per square wah.
4. The transfer fee shall be payable by the Buyer.
5. The Seller shall install electricity line, water pipe line, telephone line and other facilities to the Unit sold.  Provided that the Buyer shall be responsible for the expenses in relation to applications requesting (such as : The electric meter, Water meter, Telephone number deposit etc.).
6. Property Management Fund shall be made in the amount of THB. 35,000 per Unit.
7. Common Expenses shall be at the rate of THB. 20 per square wah per/month and shall be collected for 2 year in advance.
